By commissioning me, you agree with these terms, and to follow the outlined rules. Do not commission me or order my services, if you do not agree to take these terms.

I’m excited to see you consider to work with me!
To minimize any troubles and tribulations, I need to present some boriiiing text for you to read. But your experience working with me should be as easy and fun as possible, so here is the TL;DR...
I will create/draw
ANY body type
ANY disability - ex. mobility aids, hearing aids, medical equipment, etc. I don't charge anything to include these!
Gore/horror
Mental health awareness
Armor/weapons
Cars/vehicles
I’m very flexible and open to different subjects and styles. You’re free to ask any questions!
I will not create/draw
NSFW (suggestive work is totally ok)
Heavy drug use
Hate or aggression towards minority groups
Do’s and don’ts
You may repost the design/art piece, with proper credits. (see Make a commission request ↓)
Make 100% sure you can spend the money, before commissioning me.
DM me on my socials if you have questions that are not answered on this page. (see Make a commission request ↓)
You shall not make any changes to completed the design/art piece. Any changes you want to make to the piece should be done during the Revisions (2x), before we’ve signed off the commission.
The same applies to; tracing, edit, cropping, removing watermark, or similar. This includes to NOT EDIT WITH AI TOOLS, like Midjourney, DALL.E, Adobe Firefly, and similar.
Claim the art as “yours”.

IT SHOULD INCLUDE FOLLOWING:
Title the email/message with your name and the type of commission you’d like to make. (Ex. “First name, Surname, Character portrait, halfbody”)
Attach images and photo references, they should communicate the vibe you’re going for! I’ll request more references later.
Your contact info where I can easily contact you. Ex. your social media or email.

General Info & Process
Payment
The Enquiry stage, and Project Proposal by me (i.e. a quick sketch, and surface level research) is FREE OF CHARGE.You make a deposit payment of 50%, AFTER I’ve accepted your commission, and you’re onboarded! And BEFORE the project start date.Final 50% payment is made when we’re happy with the final product and we sign off the commission.I will send details once I've accepted your commission, and you're Onboarded!
Deliverables
When the commission is fully completed, I will deliver your High Quality files using WeTransfer (www.wetransfer.com), if nothing else is agreed.
Refunds
No refunds!
I can’t make any refunds once a payment is made. So please, make sure you want to commission me/have the money to spend, before commissioning me.
Contact
When contacting me, our messaging and conversation shall stay on topic. I’ll be informal, but "straight to the point" communication is preferrable, without being rude. Be CLEAR and CONCISE.
General
The commissioned work from me is bound for PERSONAL or PRIVATE use only, unless it is officially stated and agreed otherwise alongside the client.I maintain all the rights to any and all of my works (commissions, personal, past, actual, or future).
I can share, post/upload, rework and publish, unless specifically requested by you and agreed on by me during first stages of the Commission process.
Meaning; I can post the commissioned work on my social media, add it to my portfolio, etc.Commissions are not accepted “automatically”. I will always refer to my form, but requests aren’t exclusive to it.
Sending a commission request DOES NOT GUARANTEE Onboarding or further proceedings.I can decline your commission request. This decision is normally based on if I think your desired design fits with my design style.
